Their website also has a free quote form that can give you a price estimate based on information you provide. Documents under 1000 words can be delivered in 24 hours, and documents up to 2250 words can be delivered in 48 hours.
Accuracy
We requested a small document translation with 24-hour turnaround time. The delivery was fast, but the document had a few errors and needed to be touched up by our editor in order to be usable.
Since WorldWide Express focuses on translating documents quickly, they are less concerned with the accuracy of the finished product. They work with hundreds of translators on standby for over a dozen languages, so accuracy may differ according to what you need.
Customer Support
WorldWide’s customer support team can be contacted by phone or email, as well as through a contact form on their website. They also have a chat function. Their team is available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time Monday-Friday.
Their customer support team was fairly responsive and was able to help us with our problems. However, it would be nice if they had a 24-hour support option, since sometimes urgent problems require prompt support at odd hours.
Final Thoughts
Overall, WorldWide Express was a decent translator and was able to deliver our document very quickly. There were some errors in the final product, but this might be a good company for you if you are looking for an urgent translation without as much accuracy.
