Although JR Language has a pricing page on their website, they do not directly list the prices of their translation services. This is likely due to the fact that different language pairs and translation types require different levels of attention and work.
You can, however, ask for a free quote through their website. This service can also be reached by phone, with the number listed on their free quote page. The lines are open Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST.
Accuracy
We sent in a Spanish-English test document of medium length in order to test out JR Language’s translation services. The document we requested had a variety of different tones and colloquialisms, but wasn’t overly complex or technical.
The accuracy of the translation was very good. There were very few mistakes throughout the document that was provided to us, and the product only required minimal revision which we were able to get from JR through their customer service team.
Customer Support
JR Language’s customer support team can be reached by email, phone, or even fax. The numbers are available on their website. They also have a form on the customer service page for sending in tickets for their customer service team.
Their team was quick to respond to our request for minor revisions, and it was a generally pleasant process working with them to perfect our finished product. It was also nice that their team has representatives in offices throughout North America and Mexico.
It is also worth noting that their website has a blog about translation, marketing, and global outreach. However, it would be nice if they had a live chat feature for answering customer service inquiries.
Final Thoughts
At the end of the day, JR Language was able to provide us with a very accurate document, and their customer service team was ready and able to help us make it perfect. This is an easy recommendation unless you need translation from a very specific language.
