For our review, we have broken down the services offered by Aldus, and gone through a testing process involving analysis of their customer reviews, as well as an in-depth evaluation of their translation performance.

Compared to many other translation companies, this is a huge amount of services for one company. This makes the company quite viable for a wide range of different translations, but doesn’t say much about their actual performance.
Pricing
The first order of business when deciding if a translation company is right for you is evaluating their pricing. With translation services, you generally get what you pay for. However, the best companies will strike a balance between quality and price.
Unfortunately, Aldus does not list their pricing structure on their website. They also lack any quick assessment service for price quotes. However, you can contact them through their website if you wish to receive an estimate for their services.
Customer reviews online do not generally mention their price. This is likely due to the large amount of language services they offer, which presumably have very different costs depending on what the customer needs.
Accuracy
We sent in a medium-sized technical document to test out Aldus and their translation accuracy. The process was pretty straightforward, and the service was underway shortly after we received our quote and got in touch with a translator.
The accuracy of the translation was very good. The translator was very professional when dealing with us, and was able to complete the job quickly and accurately. Since we requested a technical translation of complex materials, this is quite impressive.
It is likely that the same level of quality and accuracy would translate to their other services as well. Other customer testimonials from the Aldus website seem to corroborate the positive experience we had working with them.
Support
Throughout the process, we evaluated Aldus’ customer support team by asking questions, making suggestions, and requesting revisions. These all went smoothly and their customer support team was very responsive and helpful.
In terms of support, Aldus has a FAQ page on their website, as well as direct contact through phone or email. Although this is adequate, it would be nice if they had other avenues of customer support such as a direct chat feature.
Final Thoughts
Overall, our experience with Aldus translations was very positive. Although we only evaluated one aspect of their translation services, they were able to complete the job quickly and accurately.
Their customer service team was also very helpful, although it would be nice if they had additional contact methods besides email and telephone.
